Requirements
- Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development or equivalent competence through learning and experience.
- Substantial experience in senior strategic human resources roles.
- Experience across a broad range of HR functions including organisational development, recruitment, and generalist HR.
- Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
- Comfortable with a variety of tasks from strategic to administrative.
