  • Provide strategic leadership for OSDC’s people agenda.
  • Shape and deliver the OSDC’s People Strategy.
  • Build influential relationships across GLA family and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee shared HR service arrangement with TfL.
  • Maximise workforce capability and agility for corporate objectives.

Requirements

  • Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development or equivalent competence through learning and experience.
  • Substantial experience in senior strategic human resources roles.
  • Experience across a broad range of HR functions including organisational development, recruitment, and generalist HR.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable with a variety of tasks from strategic to administrative.
