  • Account Manager at IT-ONE responsible for client prospecting and managing the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify new clients through channels such as phone, email, and social media.
  • Present the company's products and services.
  • Diagnose clients' real needs and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals efficiently and assertively.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact through post-sale follow-up.
  • Use CRM tools to manage the pipeline, log activities, and track results.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure
