About the role

  • Territory Manager for Farmers Insurance managing core Independent Agencies to drive premium growth and achieve operational goals. Develop and manage partnerships as the primary agency relationship.

Responsibilities

  • Manages an assigned territory of core Foremost Independent Agencies.
  • Responsible to prospect and appoint new agencies with guidance, drive profitable premium growth, and achieve financial and operational goals.
  • Develops and manages agency partnerships and serves as primary relationship between agency and company.
  • Builds and cultivates mutually beneficial agency partnerships using a consultative sales framework.
  • Drives and ensures quality of new business flow and overall risk management.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • CIC, CPCU, or insurance licenses preferred upon hire.
  • Minimum three years of insurance sales and management work experience.
  • Experience achieving profitable premium growth and sales success.
  • Commercial auto insurance preferred.
