Responsibilities
Promote products in the Endocrinology/Diabetes space
Achieving sales forecasts and gaining adoption and utilization of the product portfolio
Establishing mutually beneficial business relationships with targeted accounts and physicians key to the sales success of the promoted product
Make sales presentations
Make complete, accurate and timely submission of all time-keeping and call activity
Plan and organize Territory to meet sales and call targets
Requirements
Four-year College Degree required
Minimum 1 to 3 years Remote/ Virtual Engagement experience
B2B territory management/account management experience or field sales experience preferred
Inside Pharmaceutical, Device, or MedTech sales experience preferred
1-2 years of MedTech Device, Diagnostic, or pharmaceutical sales experience preferred
Experience developing and maintaining customer relationships
Experience maintaining accurate records of all sales activities
Proven ability to consistently meet/exceed defined territory sales goals
Experience with Salesforce, Veeva preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to understand and convey accurate complex product-related information to Healthcare Professionals
Ability to accept and quickly apply coaching and feedback to improve individual performance and customer experience
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks across multiple systems
High work ethic, reliable and punctual in reporting for scheduled work
Maintain and update current and prospective target Prescriber profiles
