Expansion Account Executive responsible for upselling AI solutions at CloudTalk. Managing relationships and driving customer success in a growing SaaS environment.
Responsibilities
Own and grow a portfolio of existing CloudTalk customers, primarily in mid-market and growth-stage segments.
Drive expansion opportunities by identifying business needs and positioning CloudTalk AI solutions (AI Voice Agent, AI receptionist, AI Dialer, Conversation Intelligence)
Partner closely with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure seamless adoption and long-term value realization.
Run the full sales cycle from discovery to close - qualifying needs, managing stakeholders, delivering demos, and negotiating contracts.
Track pipeline, forecast revenue, and report performance in Salesforce.
Serve as a trusted advisor, educating customers on market trends and the value of AI-powered calling
Requirements
2+ years of sales experience as an Account Executive or Account Manager, in SaaS or B2B tech
Experience with AI, voice tech, or contact center solutions is a plus
Solid discovery and consultative selling skills — you're not just pitching, you're solving
Ability to navigate multiple stakeholders and align value to business goals
Self-starter attitude with a bias toward action and results
Business fluency in English and Spanish
