About the role

  • Sales Executive responsible for new business development in a hybrid sales environment at City Wide Facility Solutions. Focused on client relationships and consultative selling in Charlotte market.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business by executing a disciplined **outbound prospecting strategy** — including cold calling on foot and by phone
  • **Set your own appointments**, manage your sales pipeline, and move opportunities from lead to close
  • Build lasting relationships through **consultative selling** and a deep understanding of client needs
  • Partner with operations and account management teams to ensure long-term client satisfaction and renewal
  • Represent City Wide professionally — with energy, polish, and integrity — in all client interactions

Requirements

  • Minimum **2 years of B2B sales experience**, proving consistent quota achievement
  • Demonstrated ability to **prospect independently** through cold calls, walk-ins, and phone outreach
  • Full-cycle sales experience from **prospecting to closing**
  • Proof of **activity and results** (CRM reports, awards, or metrics)
  • **Professional presence** — strong communication skills and appearance
  • **Relentless drive** to succeed and overcome challenges
  • Ability to connect confidently in all professional settings (includes a meal interview with Catherine)
  • **High-energy personality** that makes an immediate impact in the room
  • **Preferred Traits (Wants):**

  • **Bachelor’s degree** preferred
  • Based locally within the **Charlotte market**
  • Prior **President’s Club or Chairman’s Club** recognition — a proven top performer
  • Typically in your **second or third sales role** (late 20s to early 30s ideal)
  • Income-motivated – eager to start with a base salary around **$65K** and earn **commissions within an uncapped compensation structure**
  • Experienced working **independently hybrid** with minimal supervision
  • Strong foundation in **professional sales training** and a commitment to ongoing growth
