Responsibilities
Identify, approach and qualify new business opportunities
Generate high-quality meetings for Key Account Executives
End-to-end lead generation and identification of relevant stakeholders
Conduct in-depth initial conversations and uncover pain points
Own the outbound strategy, developing pitch scripts and email sequences
Work closely with Sales & Marketing
Design processes and establish CRM ownership
Requirements
Several years of cold outreach (outbound) experience in a B2B environment
Ideally experience in SaaS or healthcare
Excellent written and spoken German
Confident communication and presentation skills
Strong self-motivation and persistence in follow-up
Data-driven approach and use of CRM systems for self-organization
