About the role

  • Senior Sales Representative focusing on Outbound sales for VITAS leading SaaS platforms. Responsible for lead generation and stakeholder engagement in healthcare and business sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach and qualify new business opportunities
  • Generate high-quality meetings for Key Account Executives
  • End-to-end lead generation and identification of relevant stakeholders
  • Conduct in-depth initial conversations and uncover pain points
  • Own the outbound strategy, developing pitch scripts and email sequences
  • Work closely with Sales & Marketing
  • Design processes and establish CRM ownership

Requirements

  • Several years of cold outreach (outbound) experience in a B2B environment
  • Ideally experience in SaaS or healthcare
  • Excellent written and spoken German
  • Confident communication and presentation skills
  • Strong self-motivation and persistence in follow-up
  • Data-driven approach and use of CRM systems for self-organization
