Responsibilities
Outbound Sales: Identifying and contacting relevant decision-makers (C-level, business units) via multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, phone)
Inbound Closing: Qualifying and closing marketing-generated leads
Pipeline Ownership: Building and managing your own sales pipeline
Consultative Selling: Understanding complex customer needs and positioning AI Club as a strategic partner
Full-cycle Sales: Managing the entire process in HubSpot — from first contact to close
Sales Development: Contributing to playbooks, messaging, ICP, and sales processes
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS, consulting, services, or tech-related)
Proven experience in proactive new business development (outbound)
Ability to explain complex topics clearly and persuasively
Strong sense of ownership and a results-oriented, execution-focused approach
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and modern sales tools
Motivation to take on responsibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
