  • Use of a ticketing system for internal communication
  • Processing of department-internal mail
  • Input of experience and ideas to improve customer service

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or initial professional experience in telephone and written customer support
  • Enjoys phone communication and advising customers
  • Strong service and customer orientation
  • Confident PC skills and proficient with common MS Office products
  • Strong team player
  • Focused and self-directed working style
