About the role

  • Implement HR systems for public organizations focusing on compliance and user training. Work with various HR functions like payroll and recruitment in Brazil's public sector.

Responsibilities

  • Implement IPM’s HR systems in municipal public bodies, following business rules and client requirements, covering routines and areas such as Payroll, Recruitment and Selection, Time & Attendance, Performance Evaluation, Probationary Period, Occupational Health and Safety, among others;
  • Analyze processes and system functionalities, identifying improvements and necessary adjustments;
  • Configure the system according to the gathered requirements, ensuring data quality and security;
  • Deliver user training on system operations and available functionalities;
  • Monitor the implementation process, troubleshoot issues and clarify user questions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields;
  • Knowledge of legislation and public regulations applicable to the area of practice (HR/Payroll);
  • Experience with HR/payroll software;
  • Availability for frequent travel.
