About the role

  • B2B Business Development Specialist supporting strategic market analysis and sustainable sales growth in energy and fuel sectors. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on customer solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Work in the B2B segment, supporting strategic decision-making through market analysis, monitoring results, and developing business opportunities related to Premium products and services.
  • Contribute to sustainable growth in sales of new additized products and services within the company's portfolio, creating customer value and identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Map potential customers with profiles suitable for Premium products and add-on services.
  • Ensure visibility, organization, and monitoring of the segment's strategic projects.
  • Support alignment between strategy, execution, and results by tracking indicators.
  • Strengthen integration between internal teams and external partners in business development.
  • Continuously monitor the main segments of the B2B fuel-consuming market, analyzing trends, competitor movements, operational conditions, and expansion opportunities.
  • Map and monitor new products and services in the market that could generate value for the Company and its customers.
  • Visit current and prospective customers to convert them to additized products and services.
  • Follow up with the Commercial teams that serve customers who are in negotiation.
  • Monitor and track performance indicators (KPIs), consolidate information, and support result analyses.
  • Study and evaluate new business opportunities in the B2B segment, including partnerships, new customers, and new regions/markets.
  • Participate in ongoing and new projects, supporting planning, tracking deadlines, risks, deliverables, and status.
  • Prepare analyses, materials, and reports to support leadership and decision-making forums.

Requirements

  • Experience in market-related activities, planning, project management, or business development.
  • Previous experience or close work with the B2B (consumption) market, preferably in technical-commercial roles, energy, oil and gas. A Commercial Engineer will be considered a plus.
  • Analytical skills and structured thinking.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organization, discipline, and a sense of priorities.
  • Proactivity and autonomy in carrying out tasks.
  • Ability to interact with different departments and hierarchical levels.
  • Analysis of indicators and performance monitoring.
  • Technical sales experience.
  • Preparation of presentations and executive reports.
  • Proficient with Office/Google Workspace, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Degree in Engineering (preferred) or related fields.
