Responsibilities
As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be the spark that gets companies excited about our product.
You’ll be reaching out to prospects across every level - from procurement managers and lead engineers to heads of anti-fraud, platform owners, CTOs, CPOs, and even CEOs.
Your day to day will involve:
Igniting new sales opportunities for Prelude
Identifying companies and people to target within your verticals/territories
Cold calling and emailing as well as experimenting with other channels to find new leads
Qualifying leads and pitching Prelude's value proposition
Closing smaller deals independently
Improving processes as we scale our business
Requirements
Previous experience in Business Development or Sales, ideally within SaaS
Proactive mindset with a relentless drive to start conversations, build momentum, and close deals
You know your way around HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Apollo, Phantombuster, or Kaspr
Self-directed, resourceful, and a great team player
Excited to contribute to a mission-driven, fast-growing venture
