About the role

  • BDR responsible for prospecting new clients to contribute to Cortex's ARR growth. Collaborates with marketing, sales, and success teams in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect new clients (via phone, email, and social selling);
  • Map the main client challenges and connect them to Cortex solutions;
  • Support and maintain close alignment with Sales Executives;
  • Keep our CRM updated with daily interactions in accordance with established processes;
  • Study our products and sales methodologies (focus on SPICED, SPIN, and consultative selling).

Requirements

  • Degree or specialization in business-related fields (e.g., Business Administration, Commercial Management);
  • Experience with active B2B prospecting (preferably for SaaS offerings and Enterprise accounts);
  • Communicative and enjoy interacting with people;
  • Organized and resilient;
  • Enjoy challenges and perform well in a competitive environment;
  • Interest in innovation, intelligence, and technology;
