About the role

  • People & Culture Business Partner driving organizational strategy and support for employee experiences. Collaborating with leadership on culture and process optimization in Düsseldorf and remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing strategic advice and support on People & Culture matters.
  • Serve as a sparring partner for leaders in leadership development.
  • Work on People-related topics on a project basis.
  • Develop new concepts and optimize existing processes.
  • Use People data and analytics to inform decisions and prepare decision materials.
  • Oversee recruiting activities and support/participate in interviews.
  • Support leaders with strategic workforce planning.
  • Guide colleagues through all phases of the employee lifecycle to ensure a positive employee experience.

Requirements

  • Degree in business psychology, social sciences or a related field, or equivalent vocational training.
  • Practical work experience in the People/HR area.
  • Experience in HR/business partnering.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications and Personio, or willingness to learn.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset and willingness to rethink processes.
  • Confident communicator in German and English (at least B1+).
  • High degree of empathy and a team player.
