Responsibilities
Responsible for providing strategic advice and support on People & Culture matters.
Serve as a sparring partner for leaders in leadership development.
Work on People-related topics on a project basis.
Develop new concepts and optimize existing processes.
Use People data and analytics to inform decisions and prepare decision materials.
Oversee recruiting activities and support/participate in interviews.
Support leaders with strategic workforce planning.
Guide colleagues through all phases of the employee lifecycle to ensure a positive employee experience.
Requirements
Degree in business psychology, social sciences or a related field, or equivalent vocational training.
Practical work experience in the People/HR area.
Experience in HR/business partnering.
Good knowledge of MS Office applications and Personio, or willingness to learn.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Creative mindset and willingness to rethink processes.
Confident communicator in German and English (at least B1+).
High degree of empathy and a team player.
