Responsibilities
Work on and lead HR due diligence and related people-focused deal projects
Help coach junior team members
Contribute to the growth of HR due diligence capability
Contribute to and lead delivery of HR due diligence and vendor due diligence reports
Support clients in identifying people-related cost levers and value creation opportunities
Act as a key point of contact for client stakeholders across specific areas of the engagement
Manage small to medium-sized teams and/or workstreams
Coordinate input from reward, legal and other SME teams
Requirements
Experience working in HR due diligence, people-related M&A, or a comparable advisory or in-house transaction role
A strong understanding of people-related risks and issues in deals – including pensions and reward implications, HR policies, organisational structure and TUPE
Ability to assess complex qualitative and quantitative data, distil key risks and opportunities, and formulate recommendations for clients as part of a formal report or discursive sessions
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing and delivering client-ready reports and presentations
Proven ability to manage workstreams, delegate effectively and lead junior team members to deliver high-quality work
Broader experience in integration, separation or transformational change is welcomed but not essential.
