About the role

  • People Lead managing HR strategies and relationships in manufacturing plant for Mondelēz. Focusing on labor relations and cultural guidance to achieve business goals and drive organizational success.

Responsibilities

  • Build partnerships with key stakeholders to understand the impact of people decisions on business/supply chain
  • Oversee on-site labor relations strategies
  • Promote participation in the plant culture agenda
  • Provide guidance to leadership on key cultural elements and organizational values
  • Use data analytics to drive solution development and decision-making
  • Support plant leaders by effectively managing attendance systems and policies
  • Leadership role in HR management processes/impacts

Requirements

  • More than 7 years in experience in HR
  • At least 2 years in leading a team
  • Good leadership and communication skills
  • Proficient English skill, both written and orally
  • Good Business partnering skills
  • Can work closely with plant team
  • Can identify the org/talent opportunities in the site
  • Strong motivation to deliver and to grow
  • Mobility to work in Shang Hai in future
