About the role

  • Pre Sales Engineer supporting market growth through technical integration and client relations for a diverse ecosystem. Engage with projects and improve efficiency within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Attend technical architecture meetings
  • Support the projects team during kickoff meetings and throughout project execution
  • Analyze RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, etc.
  • Lead and conduct POCs
  • Project pricing
  • Gather and document requirements
  • Proactively seek ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the value stream
  • Map integrations between Intelipost systems and our clients
  • Assist clients and users in learning to use the platform
  • Write queries for data retrieval, updates and deletions
  • Deliver training to Inteliposters
  • Assist in process mapping
  • Configure and parameterize the system according to defined processes

  • Ability to describe technical concepts to diverse audiences: executives, business stakeholders and technology professionals
