About the role

  • Account Manager in Paper Industry providing technical consulting to existing clients and acquiring new projects. Collaborating with internal interfaces and analyzing process data.

Responsibilities

  • Technical support and consulting for our existing customers regarding water and process systems, taking into account our implemented concepts (composed of chemical products and equipment) and applying the Nalco service approach
  • Acquisition of new projects with existing and new customers in the paper industry in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Analyzing analytical and process data and preparing service reports and business reviews
  • Communicating with customers at all organizational levels
  • Managing and maintaining customer-related data, independent route planning and documentation

Requirements

  • Degree in Paper Technology, Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related field
  • Several years of sales experience combined with market knowledge
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a structured and independent working style
  • Problem-solving orientation, flexibility and good time management
  • Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
