About the role

  • Acting as the technical backbone of sales for biometric solutions, collaborating with clients and partners. Providing technical expertise during the sales process and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the technical backbone of the sales process.
  • Work closely with Business Development Managers.
  • Help partners, system integrators, and end clients understand biometric technology.
  • Align business needs with solutions capabilities.
  • Ensure a smooth transition from presales phase to purchase and implementation.
  • Travel: 40–60% depending on active programs.

Requirements

  • University degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business
  • Proven B2B experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or solution engineering
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills in English, Spanish
  • Professional fluency in Portuguese is highly desirable
  • Experience with biometric technologies is a plus
  • Familiarity with tenders or partner-driven sales is highly valued
  • Eagerness to grow into a trusted technical advisor in the biometrics space
  • Comfortable working in hybrid/remote setups
