About the role

  • Outbound SDR supporting Professional Education market by generating conversations and pipeline for sales success. Collaborating with sales teams and contributing to Drive Team overall success.

Responsibilities

  • You will play a critical part in fueling our sales success by driving quality conversations and generating pipeline in alignment with our strategic priorities.
  • You take initiative and are motivated to succeed and build your own path to success.
  • You are eager to learn, take feedback openly, and seek out ways to implement feedback.
  • You care about generating quality conversations and pipeline for our Sales team that will ultimately turn into bookings.
  • You are open and collaborative with your fellow SDRs and with our Sales team, sharing knowledge and contributing to overall Drive Team success.
  • You are able to address objections, creatively overcome challenges, and adjust your strategies based on research and what each account needs.
  • You know our market, our competitors, and how to position our solutions.
  • You are able to handle rejection, are creative, strategic and intentional with how you approach your accounts.
  • You own your calendar and manage your time effectively, prioritizing tasks to maximize efficiency and results.

Requirements

  • Track record of success as an Outbound SDR or similar role.
  • Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, outbound prospecting tools and sales engagement platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • High level of energy, persistence, and a positive attitude.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
