Responsibilities
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing day-to-day marketing activities that maintain RealFi’s brand presence, engagement, and consistency across social, content, email, and community channels.
This role supports the organisation’s marketing objectives by translating strategy into timely, on-brand execution and active community participation.
Success in this role is demonstrated through consistent delivery of high-quality content, responsive community engagement, reliable campaign support, and clear reporting on performance and improvement opportunities.
Requirements
**Key Responsibilities **
Execute daily social media posts, tweets, and content across all brand channels.
Maintain and optimize “always-on” marketing efforts to ensure consistent brand presence and engagement across social platforms and email.
Actively engage with the community across platforms such as Discord, Telegram, and other Web3 social channels.
Support marketing campaigns and events by coordinating content, scheduling posts, and assisting with real-time community engagement.
Implement marketing campaigns, content concepts, and messaging frameworks provided by leadership.
Monitor and track performance of posts and campaigns; report insights and recommend improvements.
Draft copy, schedule posts, and support the coordination of creative assets.
Ensure all content aligns with approved brand voice, tone, and messaging.
Support ad hoc marketing tasks as required to meet changing organisational needs.
Support ad hoc marketing initiatives as needed, including email communications, promotions, and special campaigns.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Experience working in Web3, Crypto, or DeFi environments
Hands-on experience managing social and community platforms
Experience supporting marketing campaigns and performance reporting
Equivalent experience in lieu of formal education (e.g. or equivalent practical experience in [industry/function])
