About the role

  • HR Business Partner managing employee relations and leading strategic HR initiatives for a global software company. Collaborating with leaders and enhancing organizational transformation processes.

Responsibilities

  • You will work closely with company leadership and your two business units to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
  • You advise and support managers and employees on all HR-related matters — with a peer-level, trusted, and solution-oriented approach.
  • You design and actively support organizational transformations and play a key role in implementing change processes — with a clear focus on pragmatic solutions.
  • Through targeted measures to promote employee engagement, you help shape our work culture sustainably and strengthen employee retention.
  • In close collaboration with your HR interfaces (Recruiting, Operations & Payroll, Talent Development) you jointly ensure efficient and service-oriented processes.
  • You actively contribute to the further development of our HRBP role and participate as we refine our role concept in the course of our organizational and AI-driven transformation.

Requirements

  • A completed degree in Economics, (Business) Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in a similar role with a focus on HR business partnering, organizational development and change management.
  • Solid experience working in agile environments, with modern organizational structures and complex transformation processes.
  • Ideally, experience from dynamic industries such as IT, tech or other innovation-driven fields — including a basic affinity for AI.
  • Hands-on mentality, personal accountability and a confident approach to ambiguity.
  • Confident presence, the willingness to get things done and to learn from mistakes.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, empathy and a good sense for the needs of diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluent German and very good English skills.
  • Experience from comparable positions, e.g. People & Culture Manager, Human Resources Manager or HR Business Partner / Personnel Consultant.
