About the role

  • Leiter Vertrieb für SaaS- und AI-Lösungen im Bereich Aviation. Führen und Entwickeln des Account-Management-Teams für langfristige Kundenbeziehungen und Marktstrategien.

Responsibilities

  • You lead, develop and coach the Account and Key Account teams, ensuring our customers receive excellent care and that our SaaS and AI products succeed in the market long-term
  • As the central point of contact for our top customers and their C-level executives, you guide alignment with their long-term strategic goals, thereby strengthening sustainable partnerships
  • Drawing on your own sales experience, you identify growth opportunities, manage contract renewals and conduct negotiations at C-level
  • You develop account strategies and forecasts that unlock revenue potential and strengthen our market position
  • You introduce new initiatives to structurally advance the Account Management area and ensure scalable processes

Requirements

  • A completed degree, preferably in business administration with a focus on law / business lawyer or a comparable field
  • Several years of leadership experience in Account Management or Key Account Management of complex SaaS and AI environments
  • Very strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at C-level
  • Proven exceptional negotiation successes on large projects, with in-depth experience and knowledge of terms and conditions, SaaS contracts, etc.
  • A data-driven, strategic perspective to analyze customer insights, usage metrics and market trends effectively
  • Strong international orientation and willingness to travel occasionally
  • Business-fluent German and English skills (at least C1) in spoken and written form
