Responsibilities
You are responsible for the company's sales success and will further develop it strategically
At the same time, you will work operationally to grow the customer base in Germany and across Europe
Develop and implement sales strategies and new initiatives
Present our services in program, service and project management, and prepare tailored proposals
Regular sprints with team leads and management to monitor and improve performance
Requirements
You communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing
Strong customer orientation and a solid understanding of IT and technical topics
You work independently, take responsibility, are structured, and enjoy working with numbers and KPIs
You are energetic and a strong team player
Ideally, you have experience with IT services and carrier/enterprise customers
You are confident negotiating high-volume contracts in German; English skills are desirable
Willingness to travel as needed for customer presentations and a valid Class B driver's license
