About the role

  • Sales Representative for Smart Farming Hardware maintaining merchant relationships in Germany. Acquiring new merchants and providing application-specific advice alongside customer support.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain relationships with existing dealers and resellers
  • Enthusiasm for hardware products and digital software solutions
  • Proactively acquire new dealers and end customers
  • Provide application-specific advice
  • Drive sales activities to measurable results
  • Support customers during initial system setup and commissioning
  • Communicate customer feedback to internal stakeholders
  • Deliver product presentations at events and trade shows

Requirements

  • Experience in active sales and in working with dealers and end customers
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Vocational training or a degree in an agricultural or technical field preferred
  • Knowledge of the agricultural machinery trade structure
  • Familiarity with manufacturers of seed, crop protection products, and fertilizers
  • Understanding of farming work cycles, the equipment used, and agronomy
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Proficient with standard office software
