About the role

  • Sales Executive focusing on key accounts in FMCG and Pharmaceutical sectors. Leveraging market intelligence and consultative selling for operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Mapping: Identify and secure key accounts in the industrial sector
  • Consultative Selling: Focus on operational efficiency and regulatory compliance to deliver real value to the client
  • Stakeholder Management: Navigate effectively across technical committees, Supply Chain, Quality and IT
  • Market Intelligence: Contribute to in-depth analyses of industrial sector trends and customer behavior

Requirements

  • Experience: 4 to 6 years in B2B sales to industrial clients (experience in FMCG or Pharmaceutical sectors is a plus)
  • Technical Background: Knowledge of production processes, supply chain operations and ERP systems
  • Skills: Proven expertise in complex sales, managing multiple decision-makers and analyzing industrial processes
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Production, Chemical, Mechanical), Business Administration or related fields
