You accompany tender processes, estimate effort, produce technical concepts, and contribute to proposal preparation.
You bring your own ideas, evaluate new tools, and actively help evolve our product portfolio together with the team.
You support internal training, knowledge sharing, and the enablement of sales and delivery teams.
Requirements
Experience designing customer service or CX solutions
Technical understanding of software development, system integration, or cloud architectures
Knowledge of project management, presales, or proposal processes
Enthusiasm for digital customer interfaces (chat, messenger, bots, etc.)
Ideally, experience with Genesys Cloud, Sprinklr, or comparable platforms
Strong communication skills, presentation talent, and a confident presence
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
Independent, structured way of working and a willingness to take on responsibility.
