About the role

  • Sales Engineer responsible for acquiring new customers and maintaining existing relationships with a focus on engineering solutions in the drive and automation technology sector.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire and develop new customers with a focus on long-term, partnership-based customer relationships and the continuous development of existing accounts
  • Capture customer requirements, develop and design drive technology solutions, and serve as the primary contact for technical inquiries
  • Provide technical consulting across the entire SEW product, system solution and service portfolio
  • Identify and evaluate market requirements and trends
  • Represent SEW‑EURODRIVE at trade shows and exhibitions

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Preferably professional experience in mechanical engineering, particularly in control engineering
  • Experience in technical sales and in the use of CRM systems is an advantage
  • Good command of English
