Contribute product ideas: You bring fresh ideas and actively help to evolve our product portfolio.
Requirements
Experience in customer service design and with software solutions for customer experience
Basic knowledge of software development & system integration
Experience with project estimation, project management and sales processes
Familiarity with digital customer touchpoints (messaging apps, chat, etc.)
Technology know-how in Genesys Cloud or Sprinklr is a plus
Strong presentation and facilitation skills; high consulting competence
Business-fluent German & English
Commercial and process-oriented thinking; clear reasoning and argumentation
