About the role
- Design customer solutions: You design smart, scalable customer service solutions — technically sound and functionally well thought-out.
- Prepare proposals: You support tenders, estimate effort and prepare compelling proposals.
- Advise & support: You advise customers and our team on technologies, trends and the best products on the market.
- Contribute product ideas: You bring fresh ideas and actively help to evolve our product portfolio.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service design and with software solutions for customer experience
- Basic knowledge of software development & system integration
- Experience with project estimation, project management and sales processes
- Familiarity with digital customer touchpoints (messaging apps, chat, etc.)
- Technology know-how in Genesys Cloud or Sprinklr is a plus
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills; high consulting competence
- Business-fluent German & English
- Commercial and process-oriented thinking; clear reasoning and argumentation
