Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate all activities related to projects, ensuring objectives are met within established timelines and budgets.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, monitoring progress and adjusting as needed.
Identify, assess and mitigate risks that may affect project execution.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals and deliverables.
Ensure that all scope changes are documented and approved.
Prepare and present project status reports.
Facilitate project meetings, including kickoff, status and closing meetings.
Requirements
Experience in Project Management or Customer Success.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, Scrum).
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
