About the role

  • Customer Success Pleno managing project activities in a technology-focused startup. Engaging teams and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met in São Paulo, Brazil.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate all activities related to projects, ensuring objectives are met within established timelines and budgets.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, monitoring progress and adjusting as needed.
  • Identify, assess and mitigate risks that may affect project execution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals and deliverables.
  • Ensure that all scope changes are documented and approved.
  • Prepare and present project status reports.
  • Facilitate project meetings, including kickoff, status and closing meetings.

Requirements

  • Experience in Project Management or Customer Success.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, Scrum).
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
