About the role

  • B2B Sales Representative responsible for customer acquisition and account management in a hybrid work environment. Collaborating with internal departments and supporting marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Researching prospective customers, maintaining and expanding existing accounts, and supporting all activities of the field sales team
  • Proactive telephone-based acquisition of new customers
  • Preparing and processing quotations, follow-up quotes, orders and order confirmations
  • Collaborating with and providing support to various internal departments and our subsidiaries

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/business vocational training or equivalent qualification – motivated career changers are welcome
  • Initial experience in a call center, telephone sales or customer service desirable
  • Confident user of MS Office
  • Very good German language skills; additional foreign language skills are an advantage
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of telephone-based work
