Responsibilities
Researching prospective customers, maintaining and expanding existing accounts, and supporting all activities of the field sales team
Proactive telephone-based acquisition of new customers
Preparing and processing quotations, follow-up quotes, orders and order confirmations
Collaborating with and providing support to various internal departments and our subsidiaries
Requirements
Completed commercial/business vocational training or equivalent qualification – motivated career changers are welcome
Initial experience in a call center, telephone sales or customer service desirable
Confident user of MS Office
Very good German language skills; additional foreign language skills are an advantage
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of telephone-based work
