Responsibilities

  • Translate engagement and attribution data into targeted outreach plays.
  • Sourcing and enriching new leads using various data tools.
  • Build and prioritize high-intent account lists.
  • Collaborate with Sales to align outreach with key event cycles.
  • Develop and maintain lead-nurture workflows.
  • Plan and run multi-channel outreach sequences.
  • Analyze campaign performance to surface what’s driving replies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation, outbound marketing, or pipeline development.
  • Advanced HubSpot expertise.
  • Strong working knowledge of GA4, UTMs, and attribution models.
  • Excellent short-form copywriting skills.
  • Hands-on familiarity with MarTech tools like Apollo, Clay.com, Sales Navigator, and Zapier/Make.
  • A data-driven mindset.
