About the role

  • Marketing & Growth Lead leading strategic marketing initiatives in digital solutions for Supply Chain with a focus on B2B demand generation. Collaborating with global teams and managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the quarterly marketing plan aligned with commercial objectives.
  • Define clear KPIs and monitor the performance of initiatives.
  • Structure the editorial calendar, campaigns, and reporting routines.
  • Propose, test, and implement new growth initiatives.
  • Manage and grow the company's institutional presence on LinkedIn.
  • Plan and execute sponsored campaigns focused on B2B demand generation.
  • Create strategic content to strengthen positioning, awareness, and conversion.
  • Generate qualified leads in direct alignment with the sales team.
  • Coordinate participation in sponsored events, trade shows, and activations.
  • Structure and execute pre- and post-event campaigns.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in B2B marketing or technology.
  • Experience with digital campaigns (organic and paid).
  • Knowledge of B2B content, paid media, marketing automation, and demand generation.
  • Familiarity with organizing events, trade shows, and corporate activations.
  • Experience in internal marketing and internal communications (desirable).
  • Advanced English (B2/C1/C2).
