HR Analyst providing support for employee inquiries through ticketing and self-service tools. Managing HR data and documentation in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
Manage inbound queries from IFF employees via the Ticket Service System
Provide consistent and accurate support using the HR knowledge base
Educate employees and managers on available HR resources and self-service tools
Escalate or redirect inquiries to appropriate HR or external teams (e.g., Payroll)
Maintain and update employee data in HRIS systems throughout the employee lifecycle
Create and manage employee documentation and personnel files
Handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment
Identify and relay opportunities for process improvement
Collaborate closely with stakeholders and support peers in problem resolution
Requirements
Fluent in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken
Fluency in one additional language (Spanish, Arabic or French) is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (preferred)
Strong customer service orientation and issue-resolution mindset
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Comfortable handling confidential HR information
Proficient in MS Office and typing
Experience in HR or customer contact centers is a plus
Familiarity with HR systems and policies is preferred
Able to manage high volumes of inquiries with accuracy and timeliness
