About the role

  • International Payroll Specialist responsible for payroll processing across Europe and South Africa. Collaborating with Finance and HR to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Processing, auditing, and reconciliation of payrolls
  • Managing relationships with various stakeholders and payroll providers
  • Coordinating payroll approvals & payment instructions with the Finance team
  • Preparing monthly payroll GL journal, accrual reports, and month-end closing reporting activities
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, collective labor agreements, and company policies
  • Attending to payroll-specific queries from employees
  • Supporting various internal and external audits

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working in an international payroll/accounting environment
  • Knowledge and experience processing International payroll for Europe
  • Understanding of payroll regulations, compliance, and tax laws
  • Experience with outsourced payroll provider (ADP SPM knowledge is a plus)
  • Experience managing internal and external stakeholders including local payroll providers
  • Proficiency in Excel Microsoft Office
