About the role

  • Workday HCM Consultant supporting global HR solutions at EPI-USE with a focus on Core HCM. Collaborating with teams on requirement gathering and digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing Application Management Services (AMS) support for Workday HCM modules, ensuring solution stability, compliance and continuous improvement
  • Respond to and analyze incidents, service requests and enhancement demands (L2/L3)
  • Perform functional configurations and adjustments in Workday (Core HCM and satellite modules)
  • Assess the impact of changes and propose functional solutions aligned with Workday best practices
  • Support data corrections, validations and functional troubleshooting
  • Participate in Workday semi-annual releases, evaluating impacts, executing tests and supporting the client in adopting new features
  • Support UAT, regression testing and post-release validation activities
  • Work collaboratively with Payroll, Integration and Security teams
  • Serve as the functional focal point for the client on Run-related topics
  • Produce and maintain functional and operational documentation (runbooks, FAQs, knowledge transfers)
  • Support continuous improvement, automation and HR process optimization initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Workday HCM Consultant
  • Experience in implementation projects or AMS engagements
  • Advanced English (required for alignment with Group Elephant's Workday HUB)
  • Analytical, communicative and solution-oriented profile
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
