Workday HCM Consultant supporting global HR solutions at EPI-USE with a focus on Core HCM. Collaborating with teams on requirement gathering and digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
Provide ongoing Application Management Services (AMS) support for Workday HCM modules, ensuring solution stability, compliance and continuous improvement
Respond to and analyze incidents, service requests and enhancement demands (L2/L3)
Perform functional configurations and adjustments in Workday (Core HCM and satellite modules)
Assess the impact of changes and propose functional solutions aligned with Workday best practices
Support data corrections, validations and functional troubleshooting
Participate in Workday semi-annual releases, evaluating impacts, executing tests and supporting the client in adopting new features
Support UAT, regression testing and post-release validation activities
Work collaboratively with Payroll, Integration and Security teams
Serve as the functional focal point for the client on Run-related topics
Produce and maintain functional and operational documentation (runbooks, FAQs, knowledge transfers)
Support continuous improvement, automation and HR process optimization initiatives
Requirements
Proven experience as a Workday HCM Consultant
Experience in implementation projects or AMS engagements
Advanced English (required for alignment with Group Elephant's Workday HUB)
Analytical, communicative and solution-oriented profile
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
