About the role

  • Personalsachbearbeiter managing monthly payroll and personnel data at MoKi, a children's care service provider. Requires attention to detail and experience in payroll processing.

Responsibilities

  • Independently prepare the monthly payroll and salary accounting
  • Maintain and manage employee master data
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees on all matters related to compensation, deductions, and payments
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, telephone calls)
  • Prepare, review, and manage documents and reports
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal and external partners

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or tax-related vocational training, or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in payroll and salary accounting
  • Proficient with MS Office and ideally experienced with common administrative and ERP systems
  • Structured, reliable, and independent working style
  • Strong communication skills and confident interaction with diverse stakeholders
  • Good written and spoken German (additional languages advantageous)
