Responsibilities
Collaborate with an external payroll service provider
Manage and maintain employee personnel files; enter and update HR/ payroll data in the internal system
Prepare payroll input and verify the correctness of payroll calculations
Prepare payroll posting files for Finance
Monitor and verify working time records
Support managers in monthly time & attendance processing
Provide employee support in using the employee self-service portal and coordinate updates with system providers
Prepare employment-related documents in accordance with the Polish Labor Code
Manage records of mandatory medical examinations and health & safety training; collaborate with external providers
Maintain records of employee benefits and coordinate with benefit suppliers
Participate in internal People & Culture initiatives and improvement projects
Recommend process improvements within HR and payroll operations
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in HR administration
Practical knowledge of labor law, social security regulations (ZUS), PFRON rules, and regulations related to employing foreigners
Experience working with HR/ payroll systems (SAP SuccessFactors/ SAP MySuccess is an advantage)
Experience in payroll processes is a plus
