Afinidade com atendimento ao cliente, para recebimento e organização de inscrições em eventos e cursos da Consultoria.
Habilidade no planejamento e organização de materiais, antes, durante e após os eventos.
Acompanhamento e controle de custos dos eventos, através de planilhas e outros meios.
Emissão e acompanhamento de notas fiscais, boletos e invoices.
Organização de estoque e arquivos financeiros.
Realização de compras e infraestrutura do escritório.
Criação de relatórios de cursos e eventos (planilhas de desempenho).
Requirements
Ensino Técnico ou Superior em Administração - Gestão Comercial - Gestão Empresarial ou outros similares
Conhecimento - Atendimento ao cliente.
