About the role

  • Account Manager at HUB International managing personal line accounts and ensuring client service. Engaging with clients and carriers for insurance policy management in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of personal line accounts
  • Market to carriers and prepare quotes and proposals
  • Respond quickly to policy inquiries (email, phone)
  • Maintain renewal controls on expirations and binders
  • Check policies/endorsements/audits for accuracy
  • Maintain accurate and organized account files

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED (college preferred)
  • Confidence and demeanor to effectively interact with all levels within the organization and clients
  • Ability to work a computer (Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook)
  • Previous experience with personal farm/ranch insurance would be a bonus!
