Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationship with existing business/Key Account in assigned Jakarta Area.
Develop/Build relationship with new Key Account(s).
Responsible for the sales achievement through the account channel, in line with company objective(s).
Addresses customer needs and issues proactively, resolves customer issues in a timely manner and uses the opportunity to build a stronger relationship.
Varies professional selling approach based on segmentation, audience, and ECPs’ business approach.
Perform the consultative selling approach with customers that drives immediate sales and establishes long-term business partnership.
Reviews cycle plan, market conditions, and customer needs with Sales Manager to plan territory sales strategy and to refine call schedules.
Coordinating with related department to achieve sales target.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least D3 Refraksionis Optisien (RO) / Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

Strong interpersonal communication skills i.e. flexibility, adaptability, and ability to provide personal contributions while also contributing to overall team.
Strong problem solver and negotiator, with ability follow-through on client contracts.
Organizational Commitment: ability to plan, organize and achieve effective time management.
