Responsibilities
You will lead and further develop the areas of Learning & Development, Internal Communications, and Office Management, empowering your team to design innovative and effective employee experience initiatives.
You will design and implement a holistic learning strategy that develops our employees and leaders and secures the organization’s future-readiness, among other things by increasing AI competency.
You will design and manage programs to boost employee satisfaction and retention (e.g., engagement surveys, internal events, milestone moments).
You will drive the advancement of our comprehensive benefits portfolio.
You will promote a data-driven culture to continuously measure and analyze employee experience and derive strategic recommendations for the entire company.
You will ensure a smooth, efficient, and inspiring office operation at our international campus in Berlin.
You will work closely with colleagues in People & Organizations to ensure a seamless and positive employee journey across all touchpoints.
Requirements
You have completed a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a comparable qualification.
You have several years of professional experience in HR / People & Culture, ideally with a focus on Learning & Development / talent development or organizational development.
You have already gained initial leadership experience and have successfully led cross-functional projects.
You have expertise in internal communications and shaping company culture, and are confident working with HR technologies (HRIS, LMS).
You have a strong affinity for digital trends and a good understanding of applying AI in the HR context.
You bring expertise in vendor and contract management.
You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality and strong execution skills.
You present yourself confidently, have experience managing stakeholders at various levels, and are business-fluent in German and English.
