Responsibilities
Contract management & document creation: You create and manage employment contracts and related documents and ensure transparent processes
First-level support: You respond to employee inquiries on HR-related matters
Onboarding & offboarding: You support talent from day one and ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes
HR system administration: You maintain and manage master data in SAP SuccessFactors
Process optimization: You drive the development and digitization of HR processes
HR projects: You contribute ideas and independently implement innovative projects
Reference and certificate management: You prepare employment references and interim or final employment certificates
Sparring partner for HR Business Partners: You support HR Business Partners on operational topics to enable efficient collaboration
Requirements
Completed university degree (e.g., business administration with a focus on HR, business psychology) or equivalent commercial vocational training
Relevant professional experience in HR with a focus on contract drafting, employee support, and administrative processes
Ideally experience as an HR Specialist, (Junior) HR Manager, HR Coordinator, or HR Generalist, preferably in retail or e-commerce
Strong affinity for digitization, automation, and HR technologies
Initial experience with AI solutions or an interest in identifying their potential
Very good knowledge of labor law
Very conscientious, structured, and reliable working style
Excellent service and customer orientation
Preferably experience with SAP SuccessFactors
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
