About the role

  • HR Generalist handling personnel management and optimized HR processes at Funkwerk Security Solutions. Providing support in employee questions and administrative tasks in a flexible work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Integrated support for our employees and first point of contact for all HR-related questions
  • Support with payroll in collaboration with our external provider
  • Independently manage all operational HR processes from contract drafting to reference letters
  • Administration and maintenance of time management systems (e.g., recording, monitoring, and analyzing working hours, absences, and leave)
  • Active participation in recruiting and onboarding
  • Continuous development and optimization of HR processes and policies
  • Support and implementation of personnel development initiatives

Requirements

  • Passion for HR and enjoyment in working with people
  • Desire to make an impact and find solutions
  • Structured, solution-oriented way of working
  • Completed commercial training with HR further education or a degree with a focus on human resources
  • Experience in HR and solid knowledge of employment law
  • Team player with strong communication and organizational skills
  • Confident user of MS Office
  • Business-fluent German skills
