Responsibilities
Integrated support for our employees and first point of contact for all HR-related questions
Support with payroll in collaboration with our external provider
Independently manage all operational HR processes from contract drafting to reference letters
Administration and maintenance of time management systems (e.g., recording, monitoring, and analyzing working hours, absences, and leave)
Active participation in recruiting and onboarding
Continuous development and optimization of HR processes and policies
Support and implementation of personnel development initiatives
Requirements
Passion for HR and enjoyment in working with people

Structured, solution-oriented way of working
Completed commercial training with HR further education or a degree with a focus on human resources
Experience in HR and solid knowledge of employment law
