Requirements
CIPD qualified to Level 5 (or working towards it)
Experienced People Professional from a similar-sized organization and sector
Knowledgeable in HR service delivery and operating models
Able to confidently apply legal knowledge in practical scenarios
Commercially minded with an understanding of industry challenges
Positive and flexible team player who thrives on collaboration
