HR Medewerker responsible for supporting HR processes and administration in the Netherlands and Belgium. Collaborating with Finance Manager and managing various HR tasks.
Payroll & pensioen: gegevens aanleveren en controleren voor salarisverwerking, pensioen- en verzekeringsadministratie ondersteunen, A1-aanvragen verwerken
Verzuimadministratie: ziek- en herstelmeldingen registreren, contact coördineren met leidinggevenden en arbodienstverleners
Recruitment & onboarding: vacatures ondersteunen en beheren, arbeidsvoorstellen en contracten opstellen, onboardingprogramma’s verzorgen
Employee experience: collega’s vriendelijk te woord staan, attenties verzorgen en bijzondere momenten organiseren
Overige personeelsgerelateerde taken: ondersteunen projecten (rondom data privacy/security procedures) aanspreekpunt voor ARBO, BHV, veiligheid en personeelsverzekeringen in contact met externe providers in NL+BE verantwoordelijk voor ons wagenparkbeheer in overleg met leasebedrijven
Requirements
Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in HR-administratie; ervaring met payroll SD Worx is een pluspunt
Afgeronde mbo-opleiding in HRM of vergelijkbaar
Nauwkeurig, betrouwbaar en goed georganiseerd
Servicegericht en communicatief vaardig
Ervaring met Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
Bereidheid om te werken in een internationale context (Nederland én België)
