HR Development Specialist coordinating the organization and implementation of training measures for GAG. Actively participating in the development of digital learning environments in Köln.
Responsibilities
Coordinate development measures: You are responsible for the end-to-end organization, implementation, and support of our training and development offerings and serve as the central point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders — including clarifying inquiries, implementing short-term adjustments, and assisting with technical or administrative issues.
Shape the LMS: You actively contribute to the content management and continuous development of our digital learning environment and act as the interface to IT.
Document measures: You document personnel development measures to create relevant reports and metrics, and support the team in enhancing related reporting.
Evolve learning formats: You proactively contribute your own ideas and initiatives and stay informed about industry trends.
Requirements
You have completed a commercial vocational training and ideally have gained professional experience in personnel development.
You combine a strong interest in digital learning environments with practiced management of training measures via a Learning Management System (LMS).
With your analytical and conceptual skills, you can quickly understand processes and organizational relationships and confidently support them administratively with good technical understanding.
You work independently and in a structured manner.
Networked thinking and acting characterize your working style.
This ensures the smooth running of our internal and cross-team processes.
You communicate confidently with internal clients and when coordinating external service providers.
A confident command of common Microsoft Office applications is a given for you.
