About the role

  • Führungskraft Verkauf / Vertrieb bei Höffner Möbelgesellschaft. Verantwortlich für das operative Tagesgeschäft und die Mitarbeiterführung in einer dynamischen Umgebung.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage all operational day-to-day activities of the departments under your responsibility
  • Develop the current product assortment and creatively design the sales floor
  • Achieve budget plans and sales targets
  • Ensure timely communication of all relevant information to the appropriate employees
  • Lead and develop employees as an initiator, motivator, and mentor
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of services in accordance with prescribed quality standards

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration or comparable vocational training in a commercial field
  • Retail experience is an advantage
  • Experience in sales/distribution or the furniture industry is ideal
  • Quick comprehension and very strong analytical skills
  • Assertiveness, confident presence, and strong communication skills
  • Resilience and willingness to assume responsibility
  • Leadership ability with the capacity to inspire people and teams
