Responsibilities
Central point of contact for employees on all HR-related matters
Responsible for the entire recruiting process – from defining requirements through to hiring
Drafting, reviewing and maintaining employment contracts and other HR documents
Maintaining personnel master data, personnel files and the time management system
Participation in employer branding and employee retention initiatives
Support with monthly payroll processing
Contributing to the optimization and further development of existing HR processes
Selection, supervision and coordination of trainees/apprentices
Work within the HR team and report directly to the Head of HR
Requirements
Successfully completed commercial vocational training, ideally supplemented by further HR qualification (e.g., certified HR specialist)
Several years of professional experience in HR, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Sound knowledge of employment law and works council law, as well as tax and social security law
Familiarity with the collective bargaining agreements of the metal and electrical industry is desirable
Confident user of MS Office; knowledge of SAP HR or comparable HR systems is an advantage
High level of responsibility, discretion and reliability
Structured, service-oriented and independent working style
Good written and spoken English
