About the role

  • Account Manager for Brands and NPOs at HitchOn in Hamburg. Engaging clients in influencer marketing and social media content creation.

Responsibilities

  • You are the direct point of contact for clients and support us in building long-term customer relationships
  • You show new and existing clients the potential and relevance of influencer marketing, social ads, social media platforms, and online video
  • You do your utmost to grow existing projects and win new ones, creating tailored proposals
  • You handle inquiries, pitches, and RFPs
  • You present the results of our work to clients confidently, clearly, and in a visually appealing way
  • You ensure that our projects are executed efficiently, on time, and to the satisfaction of our clients
  • You independently develop and manage your projects from acquisition to project completion

Requirements

  • You are familiar with the creator economy and common social media platforms
  • You are strong in communication and know how to apply your negotiation skills effectively
  • You can empathize with clients and implement campaigns according to their needs
  • You have at least two years of agency experience, preferably in social media and influencer marketing
  • You hold a degree, vocational qualification, or have equivalent professional experience
  • You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills
